Curated Theatrical Experience in Ashland, Oregon

When: 9/11/2025 - 9/14/2025 You are invited to join IWF Northern California and IWF Oregon for an unforgettable, immersive weekend in world-class theater and more. We will gather in Ashland, Oregon: the idyllic university town surrounded by the Siskiyou and Cascade mountains and home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF). 

You'll have the opportunity to experience five OSF plays, meet members of the OSF company, go 'behind the curtain', learn about Southern Oregon University's cutting edge developments, dine in fine restaurants, and enjoy lively conversations with old and new IWF friends.

Due to the nature of this special experience, we are capping attendance at 24. We are reserving 12 spots for Northern California forum members, and 12 spots for Oregon forum members. Thus, we anticipate that all who register will commit to participate in all planned activities.

Registration
$500 initial deposit to reserve your space

• The final cost will be announced by April 1. Included in the final registration price: Tickets for plays and additional OSF programs, 3 dinners, breakfast at the hotel, SOU program, and a few goodies.
• Your deposit is refundable until 5/31/25, less a $25 administrative fee. After 6/1/25, you may transfer your reservation to another member if need be.
• You may register by paying online by credit card (there is a small fee of approx. 4%) or by check. Please make your check out to IWF Oregon, and send to: IWF Oregon PO Box 90797 Anchorage, AK 99509. If you plan to pay by check, please email Jessica@iwforegon.org so she may register you and bypass payment until your check arrives.
• If registration is full, please email Jessica to be added to the waitlist. If additional spots become available, you will be contacted in order of emails received. Registration closes 9/1/25 or when sold out. 

Accommodations
Members are responsible for making these room reservations on their own. We gave secured room blocks at Ashland Springs Hotel ($199-329 + tax & $10 fee) and Plaza Inn & Suites ($199/night + tax).  For Ashland Springs, please use the booking code 741042 if booking online, or you may call the front desk directly at 541-488-1700 and book under the name International Women's Forum of California and Oregon. Note that rooms for the night of 9/11 are limited at the Ashland Springs. We will provide assistance for those who want to transfer from Plaza Suites the morning of 9/12.
