Curated Theatrical Experience in Ashland, Oregon

You'll have the opportunity to experience five OSF plays, meet members of the OSF company, go 'behind the curtain', learn about Southern Oregon University's cutting edge developments, dine in fine restaurants, and enjoy lively conversations with old and new IWF friends.
Due to the nature of this special experience, we are capping attendance at 24. We anticipate that all who register will commit to participate in all planned activities. Spouses/partners are welcome! The cost is the same, and they'll be able to participate in all the same activities. Please select the appropriate category in the registration drop-down menu.
Registration
- Total registration price is $700 and includes: Tickets for plays and additional OSF programs, 3 dinners, breakfast at the hotel, SOU program, and a few goodies.
- Your deposit is refundable until 5/31/25, less a $25 administrative fee. After 6/1/25, you may transfer your reservation to another member if need be.
- You may register by paying online by credit card (there is a small fee of approx. 4%) or by check. Please make your check out to IWF Oregon, and send to: IWF Oregon PO Box 90797 Anchorage, AK 99509. If you plan to pay by check, please email Jessica@iwforegon.org so she may register you and bypass payment until your check arrives.
- If registration is full, please email Jessica to be added to the waitlist. If additional spots become available, you will be contacted in order of emails received. Registration closes 9/1/25 or when sold out.
Accommodations
Members are responsible for making these room reservations on their own. We have two secured room blocks. Note that rooms for the night of 9/11 are limited at the Ashland Springs. We will provide assistance for those who want to transfer from Plaza Suites the morning of 9/12.
